Job Description
Stellar is looking for Business Development Executive with a flair for technology and experience in B2B Corporate software/IT sales. Experience/exposure of enterprise software businesses is highly preferred. So we are looking for the business development executive who has major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and organization.
Key Deliverables
- To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term B2B business opportunities.
- To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance with the sales strategy defined in GOTO Market plan.
- To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectation is met.
- To manage day-to-day sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
- To support the operation team, technical team and online marketing team by providing customer feedback.
- To develop good client relationship.
- To assist with debt collection.
Key Skills
- Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
- Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients.
- Ability to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets.
Experience
- 0-5years proven experience in sales, preferably within ERP or Software industry
- Proficiency in Computer skills including MS office, Emailing, CRM preferably ZOHO
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails and follow-ups
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Post Graduate: Preferred MBA in Sales & Marketing
