The client is working as a Junior Consultant in GEM Hospital Ramanathapuram Coimbatore. He had accidentally dropped his Samsung external hard disk drive on to the ground; thence, the drive requires formatting in order to proceed.
The hard disk drive has the Samsung brand and model number ST1000LM024 and serial number S30CJ9BG07478. He had initially formatted the external drive using NTFS file system and used it for storing his personal data.
The client was desperate to recover the inaccessible data from his hard drive especially the personal folder.
APPROACH TAKEN BY THE CLIENT
The client did not format the drive and even did not try to recover data by himself. Instead, he straightaway visited Stellar Data Recovery Coimbatore branch with his affected hard drive for data recovery.
STELLAR DATA RECOVERY ACTS AS A RESCUER
