tHE CLIENT WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS HIS SEAGATE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE
The client has 2.5’’ Seagate external HDD (Model No.: 9KW2AH-501, Serial no: 2GE4ZRTY) with data storage capacity of 500GB. Unexpectedly, the client was unable to access his external hard drive with all the important photos stored in it.
The client had his data of the last 3 years stored in the HDD and required immediate assistance to successfully recover all his data from the inaccessible hard drive.
HOW THE CLIENT DEALT WITH THE ISSUE
