How Stellar Noida Recovered Soujit’s Data from a WD Hard Drive Inaccessible for 6 Months
When Soujit Das from Noida lost access to his 1 TB WD External Hard Drive, it was not just important official data that became inaccessible. The drive also contained images from family events and memories that mattered to him.
For six months, Soujit could not access the data stored on the drive. He tried connecting the drive to his laptop and recovering the data himself, but his attempts were unsuccessful.
Wanting to recover his important files, he searched for a professional data recovery service in Noida. He found Stellar Data Recovery’s Noida branch on Google and reached out to the team.
As he could not visit the branch personally, Soujit opted for Stellar’s drive pick-up service. An authorised logistics partner collected the WD drive and submitted it to the Stellar Noida office.
Our data recovery specialists examined the damaged drive and diagnosed a complex physical issue. The recovery process was then carried out to retrieve the inaccessible data.
Stellar successfully recovered 125,002 files from the damaged WD External Hard Drive.
For Soujit, the recovery meant regaining access not only to important official files but also to precious family memories that had remained inaccessible for six months.
